About this role:
We are currently seeking experienced support workers to join our community team in the Nowra region of NSW to provide support and care to our clients in their homes.

Regular work hours Monday to Friday. commencing at 8am with occasional short weekend hours shared amongst the team. You will be required to assist clients with personal care requirements, some domestic assistance (eg, shopping, meal prep, light cleaning).
You will be required to visit multiple clients in different locations through your shift.
This is a casual position with the possibility of becoming Part-time. You will be paid for the full shift, including the times you travel between clients. A 92c per KM travelk allowance between clients is included as well.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, and with the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will receive support during your work across the community care sector.
This position requires a reliable car and full Australian driver licence
You will need to have:
- experience, in an aged care facility, in home support, community role
- Customer focused approach to your work
- Current Cert III Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
- Current First Aid certificate (with CPR updated annually)
- Your own reliable vehicle, fully insured and registered.
- Current drivers licence.
- Current police clearance certificate (within last 12 months)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Covid-19 Vaccination certificate plus booster (essential to work in aged care sector)
