Customer Service Representative

Description:

Our client, a leading Resource Recovery & Recycling Company dedicated to sustainability and environmental conservation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing excellent service to their valued customers while promoting the company's mission of responsible waste management.

Your main duties:

• Handle inbound calls efficiently in a call centre environment, assisting customers in resolving their inquiries promptly.
• Compile and generate data analysis and performance reports for the CRM team manager, sales representatives, and clients.
• Oversee multiple collection routes and perform real-time job allocation analysis to gauge operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct outbound calls to investigate customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Schedule services for collections, bin deliveries, and clean-up tasks.
• Input and process new contracts to establish customer profiles within the system.
• Collaborate with commercial clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Fulfil various client service management tasks as required.

About You:

• At least one year of prior experience in a Customer Service role
• Background in a call centre environment highly advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills, a fast learner, and thrives in a dynamic, high-paced setting
• Must have a confident and approachable demeanour and demonstrated track record as an effective team player
• Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the waste management or logistics industry is a valuable asset
