We are currently seeking a PA/Office Manager at our Infants School located at our Sans Souci Campus. The successful applicant will have suitable experience as a PA/Office Manager and will provide assistance to the Head of Infants School and manage the administrative functions of the Infants Office.
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong interpersonal and relational skills
- Ability to liaise with staff, students and parents with a professional and courteous manner
- High level of initiative and discretion
- A positive attitude and a proactive and calm approach
- Professionally presented and well spoken
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Ability to anticipate workflow, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently, yet supportive of the broader team
- Proficient in ICT and organisational systems including Microsoft Office and Google Apps
This role is a Fulltime role working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm during Term Time and additional days at the start and end of the school year.
