About the Opportunity
As the Social Media Manager for IGA, you'll embody our brand voice and essence across all platforms, amplifying our purpose and unique identity. Collaborating with the Earned Media and Shopper Brand teams, your role involves executing social strategies, crafting compelling content, and fostering community interactions. You'll drive engagement, curate impactful stories, and provide insightful reporting while managing issues adeptly. With a keen understanding of social dynamics, you'll partner with various business pillars, agencies, and operational teams to elevate IGA's presence in the digital sphere.
In this Role
- Develop and implement social media strategies across owned channels.
- Manage community engagement on both organic and paid social media platforms.
- Create compelling organic content to enhance brand visibility and consideration for IGA.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly and in alignment with brand tone.
- Foster meaningful interactions with the social media community, leveraging local retailer initiatives and partnerships to showcase IGA's unique identity.
