Role Overview:
We are seeking a Management Consultant who will play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing objectives, strategies, and plans to optimize our service delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying organizational gaps and opportunities, analyzing current systems and structures, and advising on solutions that bridge these gaps to achieve our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of objectives, strategies, and plans to achieve optimal customer experience and satisfaction, leveraging the organization's resources and capabilities effectively.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify business and organizational gaps and opportunities, applying continuous improvement and change methodologies.
- Evaluate current systems, capabilities, and structures to ascertain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advise clients on recommendations based on a comprehensive analysis of current-state gaps, providing actionable solutions to organizational problems.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and foster organizational innovation and improvements.
- Support the implementation of approved recommendations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to develop specific capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizens and permanent Residents encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor degree in the field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a similar role within the telecommunications sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and change management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and devising effective solutions.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and with clients to drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach individuals and teams, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
