As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to the members.
The role:
- Full-time, Permanent position
- Modern brand-new offices
- Hybrid working available after the 4 months period
- Customer Care Consultant
- Location: Parramatta, NSW. Very close to public transport!
- Salary: $63,000 per annum + Super
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to the members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to members regarding their memberships
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues via phone and other communication channels
- Promoting products and services to existing members
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
- Deliver First Call Resolutions and endeavour to resolve any issue first time with the aim of retaining the member
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Ideal candidate:
