We are looking for Consultants to guide clients and colleagues alike in the field of marketing, you will be able to see marketing opportunities and solve marketing problems where others cannot. You will lead and work with clients to formulate or optimize your client’s marketing lifecycle using an interdisciplinary marketing approach. You will be able to analyse in play existing marketing campaign libraries and calendars and transform them into customer first, goal orientated, demand generating, relationship building customer lifecycle journeys and campaigns.
The role will require someone with a strong understanding of database lifecycle marketing with experience in both above the line and below the marketing as well as an uncompromising passion for all things marketing and cross disciplines which bleed into marketing such as technology and psychology.
Roles and Responsibilities and Key
Be able to evaluate businesses and business’ marketing requirements and needs and recommend marketing solutions with a customer centric mindset
Influence and educate clients to make best practice decisions into campaign strategy and execution.
Be a subject matter expert in marketing, especially in database marketing in order to consult, advise and educate clients on marketing
An ability to move from high level marketing strategy to a granular tactical marketing lens with ease
Work with clients to create a clients lifecycle strategy, lifecycle stages and objectives and map campaigns to each stage and then see it out to delivery. End to end tactical marketing campaign development from strategy and tactical campaign ideation, development, delivery, reporting and post-delivery optimization.
Ability to work with data, brief campaign reports, draw insights and hypothesis from data to optimize and/or ideate campaigns
Understand creative fundamentals and be able to advise on creative techniques for campaigns
Understand multi-channel marketing and recommend on channel planning
Aptitude in forensically analysing campaign performance and hypothesizing optimization fixes
Optimize campaigns using data insights to create conversion rate optimization and a/b testing scenarios
Ability to compile reports regarding campaign performance for executive management
Stay up to date on latest marketing trends, technology and techniques
Passionate about all things marketing especially above and below the line marketing, marketing technology, social media, content and inbound marketing
Requirements
Demonstrable passion for all things marketing
Strong problem solving, critical and creative thinking
Goal / outcome orientated
Delivery and deadline focused
Desire to be a key part of a high-performance team
Strong background in database marketing, direct marketing and/or performance digital marketing
Basic understanding of creative, specifically art direction and copywriting
Multichannel marketing experience would be beneficial
Basic understanding of technology or an Interest in technology, especially martech.
