About the Role
As the Coordinator Home Care, you will oversee a range of Community based services that are provided to our aged clients and younger people living with a disability. You will demonstrate efficient resource planning, ensuring that the client focused services are planned, implemented and delivered in an efficient and timely manner. You will be a confident manager, who can guide and mentor a wide variety of staff.
