Your earning potential includes base salary + commissions + annual performance bonus + Birthday RDO + other performance RDO's and an incredible incentives and awards program.

- Minimum of 2 years Recruitment Agency experience or B2B Sales experience in Australia.
- Very good recruitment CRM experience.
- Very good MS Office experience.
- Very good experience using LinkedIn .
- Recruitment background in Engineering, Construction, Industrial, or Technical industry sectors a strong advantage.
- Above average computer literacy, Apple Mac experience an advantage.
- A dedicated and private work from home office space.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication skills.
