About the Opportunity

Fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager on a 12mth FTC who is responsible for managing the planning and implementation of multiple projects in the Food team as part of the wider transformation remit. The role requires collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to identify, develop and deliver project management deliverables and change management communication plans. The role implements the alignment of the business and its external partners to drive a future growth strategy.

In this Role

  • You will lead the project team and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation in line with project deliverables and expectations.
  • Demonstrate the application of standards, methodologies and practice through the analysis, design, project management, and implementation of current and future initiatives.
  • Own and proactively drive the full project lifecycle; successful project delivery will include full implementation, transition to an operational state and adoption of new technology.
  • Manage all aspects of projects to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the approved baselines (scope, budget, quality, schedule, benefits and risk).
  • Identify the training requirements and develop & deliver the training modules to support the successful implementation of our key business initiatives.
  • Timely identification of risks and implementation of mitigation plans to ensure adoption of the changes.

You're Likely a Match If

  • Minimum 10 years Project Management experience in delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Project Management Certification and/or Qualifications e.g. AIPM, PMI / PMP, PRINCE2.
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile 'New ways of Working' Project Management
  • Effective communication skills with an ability to connect across all levels of business to champion a change management charter.
  • An ability to influence & gain stakeholder buy-in by building strong & effective internal and external working relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen to enable input into key project business decision making
  • Advanced planning & organisation skills and capable of prioritising multiple competing demands.
