About the Company
The role is a 35 hours per week on a 6-month contract with opportunity to be extended. The role entails for you to navigate several projects.
About the Position
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and management of contractors. Overlooking the project in construction stage.
Duties
- Client management
- Project team management
- Effectively manage the team onsite and subcontractors
- Managing and reporting of progress to the Managing Director
- Successful project deliver
- Formal qualifications in Construction to Certificate or higher level and equivalent experience.
- Proven record as a Project Manager delivering projects above $2M
- Sound knowledge of the principles of WHS and their applications at construction sites including problem solving skills of a high order.
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Current Class C Drivers License
