Fantastic contract opportunity as an Assistant Accountant within a leading manufacturing business located in the North Shore. Take ownership of the management of the accounts payable and receivable functions and assist the Finance Manager with month-end processes.Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Timely processing of creditors' invoices
- Processing the weekly payments run
- Preparing weekly Cash Flow forecast
- Assisting in Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assistance in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial and management reports
- Assistance in month-end, quarter-end, and financial year closure
- Accounting degree qualification
- Commenced or part qualified CA/CPA
- Experience using SAP
