The Opportunity:As the Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable & Payable functions and other areas of finance including company and property accounting within a reputable property organisation.
Your day-to-day:
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily receipting and communication to stakeholders
- Outstanding invoices communicated to property managers on timely basis
- Sub-ledger to GL reconciliation
- Company accounting – analysis, data entry and reconciliation assistance
- Property accounting tasks as required
Who you are:
- University degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Previous experience in Finance/Accounting related roles
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the property industry advantageous
