St Michael's Lutheran Primary School is an inclusive, dynamic primary school located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills in the village of Hahndorf. We are seeking an educator for a fixed term contract in Semester 2, 2024, working in our Beginning Learning Community, predominantly with our single stream, Mid-Year Foundation intake class. The successful candidate will be supported in the classroom by a student support officer.

St Michael's is an IB school running multi-age classes throughout the school. The successful candidate will work closely with their partner teachers to create a positive, innovative and inclusive learning environment for our BLC students. In addition, they will demonstrate the ability to develop collaborative relationships with students, parents and staff. A knowledge of learning through play and investigation, Science of Reading and phonological awareness practices (O.G or Heggerty), and the UR Strong Friendology program or restorative practices would be looked upon favourably.
