Two Wells Primary School is situated in the heart of Two Wells and has a strong community connections. R-6 we currently have over 200 enrolments and continuing to grow. The position requires a strong commitment and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment supporting children of varying needs, abilities and backgrounds. Strong classroom, behaviour management and organisation skills are essential. Successful applicants will be committed to embedding whole school agreements around positive behaviours for learning, pedagogy, curriculum and assessment into their practice; using high impact, evidenced based strategies; actively participating in ongoing professional development; and analysing and actioning of data to improve student learning outcomes. A strong emphasis on embedding the social and emotional capabilities throughout all areas of learning design is also essential.
