The Corporate Engagement Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of a team focused on delivering partnership outcomes that improve the health of people across Australia.
This is an exciting career opportunity for someone who loves a varied role and enjoys supporting the success of a program by applying strong strengths across project management, customer service, administration, communication, and process improvement to meet team and partner objectives and to guarantee the best experience for each partner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the administration and delivery of partnership plans, tasks and contractual deliverables
  • Assist with the creation of stewardship materials and engagement plans for corporate supporters
  • Support the Head of Strategic Partnerships to ensure compliance with all corporate best practices and procedures, and create initiatives that improve processes
  • Nurture strong relationships with workplace giving supporters to create customised initiatives that align with their corporate social responsibility goals
  • Monitor and report on the performance of workplace giving programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Provide administrative support and apply a solutions-focused mindset to make recommendations for improvement across the partnerships program to drive efficiencies
  • Collaborate across the team to contribute to the delivery of wider organisational goals
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven success supporting a team with responsibilities across project coordination, customer service, and the implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a drive and genuine enthusiasm to help others
  • Accurate reporting capabilities and the ability to analyse information to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and relate well with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, continuous development, and knowledge sharing with the drive to make an impact across health-focused programs on a national scale
