Accounts Payable Officer

An exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join a supportive team as an Accounts Payable Officer.

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be assisting the team in all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring that all invoices are entered accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor you will have a variety of tasks to help support the day-to-day running of the accounts team not limited to;

• Accounts Payable.
• Create invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Utilising the companies ERP (Coupa) for high volume invoice processing.
• Assist in managing the teams email account to collect and produce the invoices.
• Resolve discrepancies.

You
An independent person who enjoys being empowered by keeping up with a fast-paced environment. Enjoys a supportive and experienced management team to provide training. Key to your success in this role will include;

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritise your workload.
• Able to work both independently and within a small close-knit team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
