About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Fleet Administrator to join our Head Office in Ingleburn.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities
  • Adapt, promote and encourage a Safety First approach
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in the delivery of high level client service
  • Manage the fleet management system for the entire business
  • Ordering of company fuel cards & e-tags through the fleet management system
  • Maintain vehicle compliance reports, where required
  • Liaise with appropriate persons to ensure vehicles are maintained within the required timeframes
  • Ensure vehicles have current registrations
  • Liaise with appropriate persons in relation to motor vehicle incidents
  • Review and report on monthly vehicle costs including helping to determine which vehicles should be replaced.
  • If required, help with the replacement process of vehicles at the direction of the National Fleet Manager which might include but not limited to the creating of purchases order, obtaining of quotes, following up of suppliers etc.
  • Ad hoc reporting & administration duties as required.
  • Ensure all infringements are processed in a timely manner.
  • Other tasks as required from time to time.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Prior fleet or automotive experience would be highly regarded
  • Aptitude in decision making and understanding numbers
  • Strong Microsoft word and Excel knowledge and accuracy
  • First class communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work autonomously or as a member of a team
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data
