About the Role
We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Health Safety, Environment & Quality Administrator based at Ingleburn – Head office Supagas. The role is full time and permanent, working within a close-knit team environment and reporting to the National HSEQ Manager. The role might entail occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide administrative support to the safety team including maintaining accurate records on the safety system, audits and monitoring, meeting minutes and actions.
  • Compile data for safety initiatives and distribute actions and minutes as required.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports.
  • Conduct Internal HSEQ audits as required to ensure compliance with internal standards and operational procedures.
  • Collect data and information for and prepare the Supagas monthly toolbox pack to schedule.
  • Assist with coordinating safety initiatives and implementations.
  • Analyze data for and prepare the NSHD and HSEQ reports to schedule. Submit to National HSEQ Manager for review.
  • Consolidate information for and prepare the HSEQ end of month Executive report.
  • Liaise with the HSEQ Manager on a regular basis on all matters HSEQ providing trends, graphs, and any relevant information that will assist in maintaining and improving HSEQ continuous performance.
  • Support the HSEQ Coordinators in the administration and analyzing of Lag and Lead indicators.
  • Reporting immediately any out of specification / non-conformance to the HSEQ Manager.
  • Assist with the setup of a HSEQ communication program to the business.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management would be preferred but not essential.
  • Workplace Trainer and Assessor - preferred but not essential.
  • Auditing experience and qualifications – preferred but not essential.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, Teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a logical approach.
  • 1-2+ years Administration experience, previous experience within safety is highly desirable.
  • Able to communicate with people across all levels and at times operate autonomously.
  • Sound knowledge of current legislation, industry standards and codes and ability to apply this knowledge in the workplace.
  • Be results oriented.
  • Experience working with an integrated management system based on ISO 9001, ISO14001 and IS045001.
