The opportunity:
We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst in our Corporate Finance division.
This is a broad role where you will get involved with everything from purchase price allocations, due diligence, valuations, mergers and acquisitions to capital raising and buy/sell side advisory.
You will be joining a collaborative, full service corporate finance division, and as such, you will not only drive positive solutions for our clients but also play a pivotal role in making a positive impact on the continued career development of more junior team members
The role will suit someone with:
- 2+ years within Corporate Finance Professional Services, including previous experience within a Corporate Finance / Transaction Advisory/ Due Diligence / M&A Advisory position
- Experience with valuations of businesses, shares, and intangible assets
- Due diligence experience
- Understanding of merger and acquisition advisory
- Understanding or experience in capital raisings including reparation of investigating accountant's reports
- Previous exposure in interpreting complex financial models
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, confident and proactive
- Post graduate qualifications- Master of Applied Finance, or equivalent

Total Remuneration Range: $85,500 – $105,000 dependent upon qualifications and experience
