With multiple offices across Sydney, they are now seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to come on board who can focus on driving growth and building on their existing client relationships.

The Position
In the role of Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and cold/warm calling
- Nurture new and existing client relationships
- Work alongside the Director to implement structures and processes to aid the growth of the division
- Monday-Friday ONLY - absolutely no weekends!!
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Business Development Manager will have:
- A proven track record of success in Business Development roles within the real estate/property sector
- Knowledge of the Inner West market is preferred
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Highly tenacious, driven and results-focussed - you will be a GUN on the phones and love the thrill of the close
- You will be a natural rapport-builder with great relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and articulate with a keen eye for detail
- Immaculately presented with a highly professional demeanour
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
