About this role
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our Mazda Service Team , located in Campbelltown. This role provides the opportunity to continuously develop your skills & abilities, and to assist in the development of the service team.
What the role entails:
- Carry out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair order and diagnosis of problem jobs
- Maintain a sound knowledge of brand products and services
- Follow correct procedures when carrying out warranty work and ensure all warranty parts are tagged with the correct information and placed in warranty storage
- Be responsible for the care and use of all workshop tools and equipment and return to correct place
- Provide instruction and learning opportunities for our junior and apprentice technicians
- Collaborate with the greater Mazda service team to help create positive and memorable customer experiences
What we are looking for:
- Preference is given to candidates currently holding Master Technician status, although all applications will be considered.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- A valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles is required.
- Candidates should take pride in their work, consistently delivering high-quality workmanship.
