As we expand our market presence, we're seeking a passionate and driven National Account Manager to lead our sales efforts into Metcash and drive growth in the health products category.
You will:
- Build strategy & engagement with new & existing clients;
- Achieve and exceed established revenue target;
- Lead range reviews with new and existing customers;
- Negotiate ranging in-line with strategy and NPD pipeline;
- Work cross functionally and support the NBM in key negotiations;
- Maintain an accurate sales and opportunity pipeline; and
- Analyse the marketplace for new opportunities & develop deep, trusted relationships!
What you will have:
- Have minimum of 2 years' experience in Key Account Management, within grocery, pharmacy or independent channels;
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills;
- Ability to work independently, but collaborate regularly with national colleagues;
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- Hunger for business development;
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field; and
- Love for health & wellness.
