About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced person to fill the position of Ministerial and Executive Support Officer.

The Ministerial and Executive Support Officer provides administrative support to the Ministerial Service team in the processing of Ministerial Correspondence.

Daily tasks include the processing of ministerial correspondence and assigns ministerial requests and all applicable supporting information to the relevant Division. They are responsible for maintaining the ministerial database and filing system, providing quality assurance, and recommending improvements to the ministerial process and procedures as necessary.
