Tenancy Management OfficerPermanent full-time Salary: $77,788 -$90,126 per annum + 11% superBenefits: Health and Wellbeing program 19 day month for eligible employees Discounted membership at Fremantle Leisure Centre Superannuation co-contribution options for eligible employees 17.5% leave loading (EA staff) A rare opportunity has arisen to join the City of Fremantle at the brand-new award winning Walyalup Civic Centre. We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Asset and Property Officer to contribute to the day to day management of the City’s property portfolio.Reporting to the Team Leader Commercial, you will be responsible for working across the organisation, with tenants and stakeholders to ensure City assets are maintained in accordance with tenancy agreements. Key responsibilities include:Provide a high level of customer service to tenants seeking information about property maintenance issues.Manage tenant requests to alter leased premises in collaboration with the relevant internal business units. Analyse and record utility invoices and coordinate the on-charging of variable outgoings to tenants.Undertake regular property inspections in line with set parameters and identify works for action by lessor or lessee.Provide support as directed, for other activities being delivered across the Facilities Maintenance and Economy and Commercial business units. To be considered for this position, you will need:Demonstrated experience in a property management position.Excellent interpersonal skills.Financial management skills, including preparation and monitoring of budgets.Current "C" class driver’s licence.Current national police clearance.
