This division manages the Abandoned Mines Team and the Exploration Incentive Scheme and also provides information and products to support the approval of mining tenements and petroleum titles and other related legislative compliance processes. Our Industry Ready Graduate Program provides a broad range of advanced and applied geoscience skills and creates unique opportunities for knowledge sharing and on-the-job applied geoscience training. The roleAs a Senior Geoscientist, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the Industry Ready Graduate Program, coordinating graduates during their rotation, designing and running advanced field mapping, core logging and sampling exercises, and other important duties. The position will ensure task milestones are met on budget and on schedule and will prepare reports and make presentations as necessary on progress of the Program. As a result, you will help contribute towards the vital and important work of GSRSD.
