Your new role

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will collaborate with the Professional Services Team Lead and other engineering team members. Your responsibilities include providing both on-site and off-site support to the company’s key accounts. You’ll be involved in desktop and network break/fix, configuring new PCs, managing user peripherals, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you’ll handle server maintenance, resolve issues from diagnosis to resolution, and maintain accurate documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant industry qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience in system administration or MSP/internal IT support.
• Familiarity with ITIL4 concepts (certifications are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own issues confidently.
• Knowledge of user and server-side computing, domain administration, Active Directory, MS365, Azure, networking, and basic project delivery.
• Understanding of device and software layer connections.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
