What our client is looking for Building/services construction business. Experience in defence works and alliance contracting desirable Career minded HSE professional with previous experience as a HSE Advisor in civil and / or construction projects Experience working at heights Experience in preparing HSE reporting information for clients on a weekly and monthly basis Be able to adjust your approach to ensure right outcome when dealing with HSE issues on site Must have initiative and be proactive when dealing with site team when following up with HSE matters Good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships with the site team and client Strong computer skills are essential Able to lead and undertake risk reviews and also JHA reviews with the work reviews and supervisory teams Qualified to Diploma level in Occupational Health and Safety Hold current first aid qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles in the building and construction industry What you'll do (but not limited to):What to expect in this role: Maintain and assist in the ongoing development of internal HSE systems Ensure total compliance with internal HSE systems and legislative requirements Influence a positive attitude and commitment towards safety across the business Provide a consultative solutions-based approach to your work Inspire an industry leading safety culture through the delivery of wellness programs Continue to develop a personalised brand of safety within our team Build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders Harness technology to facilitate improved performance in HSE What our client offers Competitive salary package Growing business with exciting career development opportunities Family-focused business with family driven values The opportunity to work with a diverse and engaged group of professionals.
