About the Role : WorkPac are currently seeking a Divisional Secretary based in Dampier to commence work as soon as possible.
This position offers a 9 day fortnight for candidates local to the Karratha area. This position will be for 10 months in Responsibilities will include : Administrative and secretarial services to the Maintenance ManagersCoordinating domestic travel requirements Calendar management Preparing presentations, agendas and taking actions where requiredRaising purchase orders, vendor sole sources, service entry sheeting, and assisting with processing invoices for payment as required Monitoring overdue financial commitments and budget forecastsWork with other team members and look for opportunities to assist others while also maintaining a high standard of work when operating autonomouslyCooperate with internal and external suppliers, identify discrepancies and escalate concernsAssist other department secretaries for leave coverage, and when capacities allow work load distributionCommunicate efficiently, and professionally with team members and customersSeek to identify and recommend improvements to existing practices and processesSkills & Experience Required : Experience in a similar role or role with transferrable skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office program skills including Outlook, Word, and PowerPointExperience using booking systems, procure to pay systems and other company asset management systems such as SAP and Track, Concur, Prospect, Cornerstone etcThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise, multi-task and have a flexible working approach.
