Description:
- Collaborate with offshore financial teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of various financial documents, including management reports, financial statements, and budgeting and forecasting analyses.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, overseeing their submissions and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Coordinate closely with the headquarters in Singapore to facilitate monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes, as well as budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Engage with external auditors and tax consultants to address year-end and tax compliance issues efficiently.
- Oversee treasury operations, including bank covenant reporting, cash flow management, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct credit assessments on vendors/tenants and handle other ad-hoc financial matters as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12-18 months of practical accounting experience, either within a Big4 Accounting Firm or a well established Real Estate Business.
- Currently studying towards a CA or CPA Qualification.
- Demonstrated comprehension of the AASB Framework, along with thorough knowledge of Australian income tax and GST regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP system is considered advantageous.
- Must exhibit responsibility, attention to detail, analytical prowess and organisational skills.
