Utilise your proactive sourcing skills to identify and engage top talent through various channels.
Stay ahead of the curve by attending business and leadership meetings to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Deliver actionable insights through data reporting, helping drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to excel in end-to-end recruitment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are key.
Proficiency in multiple HRIS systems, ideally including SuccessFactors.
