Description:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to planning, environment, and local government law.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including development applications, appeals, and environmental impact assessments.
- Conduct research and analysis of complex planning and environmental regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
- Represent clients in administrative hearings, court proceedings, and negotiations with government authorities.
- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay current with changes in Australian planning, environment, and local government laws.
- Offer strategic advice to clients on land development, conservation, and sustainable initiatives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a potential degree in science (highly desirable)
- A burning passion and experience in Planning, Environment, and Local Government Lawyer.
- Knowledge of Australian planning, environment, and local government laws.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
