Description:
Core duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing business law, corporate and commercial law, business succession and employment law.
- Drafting and negotiating various legal documents including contracts and agreements.
- Conducting legal research and drafting advices to develop effective legal strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Mentor and assist in the development of junior Solicitors and Associates in the team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years PQE with experience across a broad range of corporate, commercial, business and employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Team orientated, personable, driven and uphold a strong client focus
