- Extensive and recent experience working in in Community Mental Health Services.
- Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and experience in provision of evidence based treatments in community settings.
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills including computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients from a variety of cultural and ethnic groups.
- Applicants require a working knowledge of current mental health legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other health professionals with a multidisciplinary team. *Position Profile : * Provides specialised Mental Health Services for people with mental disorder in the Central West region, based on nursing best practice, including assessment, crisis care and intervention.

The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles - on fixed term or permanent contracts at 76 select locations.
