Description:
- Assist with the preparation of year-end and half year end statutory accounts
- To manage project cashflow, project funding and cost analysis
- Manage the Payment Request System and approve accounts payable invoices
- Manage adhoc information requirements from head office
- Work with fellow Finance Team members to contribute to other information requests from all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- CPA/ACA qualified accountant
- Degree in Accountancy,Business or Commerce related field
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Previous property experience desirable
- Intermediate - advanced (preferred) proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
