Description:
- Supervise and manage various programs/projects within our client's Brand Studio.
- Oversee the creative production process from brief intake to delivery, ensuring efficient work flows and maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide strategic direction and ensure program success.
- Foster innovation within the organisation and optimise processes to enhance productivity and creativity.
- On-board new agencies and freelancers while managing agency and vendor relationships.
- Take responsibility for budgets and timelines, leading creative agency management and working with cross-functional teams for forecast planning.
Requirements:
- Possessing over 5 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, and Integrated Production, ideally spanning both agency and in-house environments.
- Demonstrating an innate ability to build robust relationships across teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and synergy.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or similar software is highly desirable, enabling streamlined work flows and enhanced productivity.
- Adept at juggling multiple responsibilities, driving innovation, and thriving under diverse deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence and efficiency.
