Our team is passionate about delivering top-notch solutions to our clients, and we're seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join us on a 3-month contract basis.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and drive business growth. This role is responsible for providing full operational and administrative support to the Sales and Sales Care teams and our customers with the aim of improving the productivity and effectiveness of the sales process. This is achieved by triaging inbound calls to Sales and Sales Care team members, contacting clients to obtain banking information, calling leads, and transferring clients to sales team members or scheduling call backs for customers, and assigning incomplete online applications to Sales team members.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Customer Service – Ensure inbound calls are answered within target SLA and maintain customer service standards to ensure a smooth sales process for customers.

Data entry – Effectively update customer’s details in the system and ensure the accuracy of the data that has been recorded for client bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Due Diligence – Monitor the figures and daily performance of the sales team as well as providing support to help achieve positive results against business targets.

Communication – Effective communication with customers and other stakeholders (including medical professionals, if required) via phone and email, confirming or clarifying information and handling requests as required.

Stakeholder Management – Building lasting relationships with clients and other call centre team members based on trust and reliability.

System use – Utilizing all available software, systems, scripts, and tools appropriately.

Delivery focus – Strive to exceed all metrics and KPIs while providing excellent consistent customer service.

In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Experience & Qualifications

Sales and/or Customer Service experience with demonstrated understanding on Insurance (Life Insurance preferred).

Demonstrated experience in sales and a thorough understanding of the sales process.
