Description:
- Working with others to coordinate engineering designs for the resources sector projects
- Manage and support the procurement functions on allocated projects
- Developing and implementing project plans including project execution plans, estimates, schedules and resource requirements to deliver project within time, cost, quality and safety criteria
- Manage scope changes in terms of cost, schedule and quality
- Execute project delivery within schedule, budget and quality criteria with a strong focus on safety
- Support effective subcontractor management to deliver successful project outcomes
- Pro‑actively work to identify risks, both technical and commercial, and taking appropriate action to ensure successful project outcomes
- Perform a client-facing role, including client meetings, relationship management and contract management
Requirements:
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
- Mining industry experience across process plant and equipment
- Strong contract management and commercial skills
- Analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in engineering consulting and EPC/EPCM projects
- Change and design management experience
- Managing procurement and contract packages experience
