About the role : We currently have a full time position available for a reliable, flexible and customer service officer to join the Freight team in Darwin.
Your key responsibilities will include : Coordinating freight distribution for the regionLoading and unloading freight from coaches and trailers, involving repetitive manual handlingProcessing quotes, bookings and payments for freight consignmentsProviding customer service of a high standardResponding to enquires at the freight counter and over the phoneMaintaining computerised records for administration purposesProviding general support to the team.
