Description:
As the Gaming Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the compliance of all venue gaming operations, following all relevant regulations and standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the gaming operations of the venue while ensuring an enjoyable experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit various financial reports. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely compliance with reporting obligations.
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and best practices.
- Providing ongoing training to staff members, for customer service and gaming regulation policies.
- Regular monitoring of all gaming regulations, laws, and licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with gaming regulations and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Supervise the sales and operation of the bottle shop and bar.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the gaming industry, preferably in a pub or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations, laws, and licensing requirements in Victoria.
- Demonstrated management experience or experience in a leadership position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
To be considered for this position, you must have or be willing to obtain:
- Victorian gaming industry employee license
- RSA certificate
- Valid Police Check from the last 12 months
