About Your Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide exceptional care with the skills to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
You’ll put your expert relationship-building skills into practice and always demonstrate the core nursing values of patient-centred care, trust, and respect in every interaction.
You‘ll be accountable for establishing and evaluating the patient’s plan of care, in partnership with the patient, their carers and other members of the health care team. You will be supported in your role by all other nursing staff and will work under the delegation and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
