We are looking for Junior System Support to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.Requirements
- Role Description:
- Review confluence pages and understand what content we have in there, can they be moved to SharePoint or other content spaces, and reduce the number of people having access to them
- Configure Splunk on Linux and Windows operating systems to forward logs to Splunk - we have a list of servers where this is not done. So basically, the same set of tasks, done over and over again
- Review the passwords on our service accounts using in Active Directory, rotate the passwords, change the passwords to meet a certain password requirement etc. - we have a list of those accounts whose passwords need to be worked upon
- Key Skills:
- Windows, Linux OS skills
- Strong delivery skills
- Don't think AWS or Azure skills are necessary based on what I said above
- Basic security skills are required
