The opportunity:
Are you a highly motivated Scrum Master with telecommunications experience? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, driving innovation and leading agile teams to success? We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master to join our client's team to drive and lead their agile transformation.
Your Role:
- As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in leading the agile development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Acting as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting agile principles.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to promote self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Removing impediments and fostering resolution of conflicts to ensure team success.
- Collaborating with the development team to guide technical decisions and promote innovation.
- Driving continuous improvement in product quality, delivery efficiency, and technical excellence.
Your Experience:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach in the telecommunications or related industry.
- Familiarity with OSS/BSS models and telecom industry practices.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
