An opportunity has opened up for an experienced and commercially minded senior graphic designer to join a well-resourced marketing and content team in a professional services firm.
As a digital design specialist, you will play a key role in visual story-telling on behalf of a well-regarded brand. You're not just a content design expert; you're a strategic partner, working hand-in-hand with marketing and sales to weave imagery and graphics that resonates with our audience, business partners and marketing team to drive business outcomes.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Ownership of all current and previous design collateral for the business
- Responsibility for ideation and strategy of creative development and design for the brand
- Designing digital graphics including EDMs, website graphics, social media artwork, flyers and brochures
- Designing digital graphics, illustrations, infographics, PDFs, and PowerPoints for internal stakeholders and communications
- Driving and developing creative opportunities for all brand channels, paid and organic
- Reviewing work designed by junior team members and ensure branding is consistent and follows best practices
The ideal candidate for the role would have:
- Be passionate about visual story-telling
- Prove experience working with large brand-related content and marketing teams
- Complete technical and creative understanding of digital Ad Pllatform design requirements (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- The ablilty to set clear expectations of timelines with internal and external stakeholders on complex projects
- Prior experience working with and supporting senior stakeholders on company wide projects
- Be at team player and be able to collaborate with team to ensure there is an alignment of goals and a shared understanding
