We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Small Business Representative in Sydney. This role entails full-time on-road, work from home and in our clients office in Rydalmere.Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
- Achieve KPIs based on activity, sales targets, proposals, and client wins.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sales performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals and pro forma invoices.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate data management.
- Utilize leads generated by the business to drive sales.
- Actively promote the company's products and services through networking and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- High School Certificate (HSC) minimum
- Previous experience in new business sales and account management
- Experience in Salesforce is preferred
- Valid Security license or must be willing to obtain one
- Excellent communication skills
- Training will be provided as needed

- Base salary: $80,000 - $85,000+ super + Commission
- Car allowance: $16,000
