Description:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Working towards CA/CPA
- 2-3 years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry trends and dynamics.
