Description:
The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the ICT Services team, which encompasses Infrastructure Management, Service Management, Vendor and Contract Management, and Information and Records Management, to meet predefined service standards and business objectives
- Actively collaborate with business units to optimise technology solutions in alignment with their requirements
- Ensure team capabilities are adaptable and available for both operational and project-related tasks to enhance project success.
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external customers, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist senior management in identifying trends and insights crucial for achieving team objectives, such as product enhancement, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Craft and deliver comprehensive presentations and proposals on technology strategies and issues, consulting with senior management for recommendations.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver quality technology services and guidance.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, cloud services including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365
- A record of accountability for the development, monitoring and management of ICT operating budgets
- A track record of achievement in complex organisational and technological environments
- The ability to develop and foster effective relationships with a broad range of people at various levels
