The Opportunity


This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced CEO to lead Mad Influence's Australian operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, building a strong local team, and establishing key partnerships within the Australian influencer marketing ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for Mad Influence's Australian operations, aligned with the overall company goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for Australia.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of marketing, sales, and operational staff in Australia.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers, brands, agencies, and media outlets.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Australian business, including financial performance, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent Mad Influence at industry events and conferences in Australia.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Mad Influence Board of Directors.



Your Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success as a CEO or Managing Director in a high-growth marketing or technology company.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry, with a specific focus on the Australian market dynamics.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian business landscape and regulatory environment.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to building a positive and inclusive work culture.
