Description:
We are seeking a person who is efficient, confident, assertive, a multi-tasker, has exceptional interpersonal skills with a keen interest in customer service and health/well being.
Duties include but not limited to: booking appointments via a computer system, answering phones, filing, stocktake, ordering products from multiple companies, communicating positively with patients, light tidy/cleanjng, medical letter writing and taking payments.
We require all or a combination of shifts to be covered: Monday (11am -7pm), Tuesday (7am-1pm), Tuesday (1pm-7pm), Wednesday (1pm-7pm) and Friday (7am-12pm).
This position is ideal for someone who is flexible with their schedule.
The successful applicant will be efficient, well presented, professional, have an exceptional phone manner, display a mature confidence, have a happy and caring nature, be health-minded, reliable, have a great attention to detail, self motivated, a forward thinker and team player.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
