12d design - Concept-feasibility to detailed design of:
- Buildings - Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Education - Designing the associated civils around buildings - car parks, stormwater drainage, intersections +
- Subdivisions - Anything from 2 lot up to 1000+ lot subdivisions - Water & Sewer - Roads - Earthworks - wetlands - drainage
- Roads/Infrastructure - Drainage, Road alignment, pavements, intersections, roundabouts + more
